In homage to hump-day Wednesday, I present America's most depraved schoolteacher: Pamela Rogers!
Not since Mary Kay Letourneau contributed, notoriously, to the delinquency of one of her students, has a woman shown such perverse regard for her role (and influence) as a schoolteacher as Pamela Rogers, 28, has shown in recent months. Rogers, of course, is the comely high-school teacher who developed such a fatal sexual attraction to one of her barely-teenage students (age 13) that it landed her in the pokey on a six-month sentence late last year. (Click here for my introductory article on this predatory teacher.)Yet, within weeks of her release, Rogers resumed her unsolicited tutoring of this "fortunate" boy. And, I invite you to click here to see how well she stimulated his interest in continuing their extracurricular sessions. However, as unnatural as it was for her to make this teenage boy the object of her desire, it was unreasonable for her to expect him to keep their dangerous liaisons a secret.
And, sure enough, it did not take long before the webcam videos and jpeg images Rogers sent him to view as homework were being broadcast (on video phones and other devices) all over his school district. Of course, this provided R-rated evidence of her brazen violation of the terms of her probation (which, first and foremost, prohibited her from having any contact, or communicating in any way whatsoever, with her pet-student). Therefore, Rogers was arrested again last week and now faces an 8-year withdrawal from her boy-toy behind bars. (Note: This absence might only make her heart grow fonder for him; after all, her role-model, Mary Kay, is now married to her teenage lover after serving a 7-year sentence for her crimes of unrepentant-paedophile passion.)I appreciate that media reports would have one believe that female teachers are getting off with blowing more than the minds of school boys all over America. And the hysteria surrounding these cases was only exacerbated by last month's sensational report about a 34-year-old teacher having sex 28 times in one week with her 13-year-old student. (To satisfy your prurient interest, click here to read her story and that of some of the more infamous women who comprise this rogue's gallery of predatory teachers.)
But criminalizing the naughty behavior of these schoolteachers is hardly ever warranted. Indeed, in this previous article, I delineated sentencing guidelines for their (mostly) moral transgressions that I believe would serve the best interest of the parties and school districts involved.Nonetheless, I do recognize that some recidivists like Rogers might simply be immune to disciplinary sanctions and psychological counseling. And, that in such cases a period of confinement might be warranted, if only to quell societal outrage and provide a prophylactic deterrent to this kind of behavior.
NOTE: I have no doubt that there will be more reports about teachers like Rogers bringing their honorable profession into ill-repute. But this article, with its links to previous ones, represents the end of my commentaries on this titillating phenomenon.

It's politically incorrect bit I agree that people are making way too much about these cases. No one will ever get me to believe that a 13 year old boy getting it on with his hot 28 year old teacher should be a crime. Morally wrong? Okay.
Hi Anthony
I always thought the media was focusing too much on these stupid women so I like that you haven't taken them too seriously. Jim's right, people will find your posts and sentencing guidelines politically incorrect. But I think you're right and your posts are LOL funny!!!
if it was your child these women were molesting i bet you wouldn't be so understanding....they should be locked up just like any male pervert would.
Thank you Carol. A voice of reason in the forest...
Rage.....
You are wrong Carol!
FYI: I have two sons 11 and 13. So I can relate to the parents of the kids involved probably better than you can. I just don't think prison is the way to treat these obviously emotionally trouble women. I suggest you read Anthony's article where he sets out the guidelines which includes mandatory counseling for these women and maybe you too might become a little more understanding.
