Technical difficulties...

Dear Readers,

I am still experiencing many technical difficulties with this site. Therefore, in consultation with my webmaster, I have decided to change my server and web host. In addition, I shall take this opportunity to make stylistic changes that I hope you will find more appealing.

However, this process will take 3 to 4 weeks to complete - during which time there will be days when articles will be published much later than usual...or not at all.
