‘Fair to All’ Elon Musk Endorses Ron DeSantis for President

Saturday, November 26, 2022 at 8:37 AM
Written by Anthony L. Hall

Musk finding DeSantis more sensible and centrist than Biden explains him paying $44 billion for Twitter when it was worth only $19 billion.

My preference for the 2024 presidency is someone sensible and centrist. I had hoped that would be the case for the Biden administration, but I have been disappointed so far.

Would you support Ron DeSantis in 2024, Elon?

Yes

‘Fair to all’ Musk is a partisan troll

Like all Republicans these days, Musk lives to troll and gaslight Democrats. For example, he says he wants a “sensible and centrist” presidential candidate. But he then says he would support DeSantis. After all, that’s like saying you want a healthy meal. But then you order a Big Mac and fries.

But this is the kind of Trumpian logic that has Musk bankrupting Twitter and turning it into a dystopian hellscape. And don’t get me started on the manifest absurdity of Elon dissing Trump only to endorse his mini-me DeSantis.

Montage of Elon Must and Ron DeSantis.

Why are you still on Twitter, Joe?

In “US Midterms 2022: Elon Tweets His True Color,” on November 7, I urged President Biden to quit Twitter. But it looks like Elon is hell-bent on shaming him into doing so.

After all, Elon has shown time and again that he is a Republican hack. In fact, he is to business what Trump is to politics, namely a bullying, reckless, untrustworthy buffoon.

So it’s untenable for any political leader to subject their public statements to Elon’s helter-skelter whims. And that is especially the case for the leader of the free world.

Accordingly, I urge Biden to publish a farewell tweet ASAP. He should cite Elon’s declared intent to unban racists, antisemites, and conspiracy kooks. And he should say that alone makes Twitter no longer safe for him (or any member of his administration) to use.

Biden should then link his followers to the official White House website. And he should announce it as the only source for news about and information from his administration.
