Trump’s NFT Digital Cards Are Fake Too

Trump has shown time and again that he’s a golden-tower grifter. And grifters gonna grift

Trump’s NFT digital cards

Donald Trump earlier this week on Truth Social teased that he’d be making a “MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT” on Thursday, prompting questions as to what on Earth the former president was up to. Is it a rally tour? Is it his candidacy for House speaker? Is it something dumber and more pathetic than anyone could have anticipated?

Yes, of course it was. It’s a Donald Trump Digital Trading Card NFT Collection.

(Rolling Stone, December 15, 2022)

Just Trump being Trump

Donald Trump giving smug smile. No one guessed this was his “major announcement.” That’s because even his most loyal MAGA suckers couldn’t imagine Trump having so much contempt for them. But only unbridled contempt explains him selling them digital cards featuring him as a superhero. Sick!

Die-hard supporters like Steve Bannon might pretend to be sickened by this grift. But this is the same Trump who hawked his name-brand steaks, wine, and other wares at a campaign rally in 2016.

In other words, he gave everyone fair notice. iPINIONS contends that he’s little more than a gilded-tower grifter. And this NFT scam shows that Trump’s careless need to grift is as shameless as his reckless need for attention.
