I initially thought these AI nerds were just suicidal avengers. But then it occurred to me that these greedy SOBs are spending billions building doomsday bunkers and beefing up their personal security for a reason. And that’s because they fully expect to survive whatever catastrophe they unleash on the rest of us.
The wonder is that the political leaders they expect their AI god to replace are enabling them to engineer our extinction. We’re doomed.
