Phew! They really had me sweating man…
Yesterday, after eight days of deliberations, a California Jury found actor Robert Blake not guilty of murdering his wife.
I must confess that I do not know enough about the facts of this case to share any informed observations about the trial or this verdict. I wish only to express my sincere hope that Blake makes the most of his remaining years.
As a child, I was fascinated by his portrayal of a tough cop on Baretta. And, that alone forms the basis for my sympathy towards him.
Who says you gotta do the time if you do the crime...
