The 14th Amendment disqualifies Trump Yesterday, in a jaw-dropping ruling, the Colorado Supreme Court shocked the world. It found that Donald Trump incited the Jan 6 insurrection. Based on legal reasoning, precedents, and the justices’ sworn representations, the Supreme Court has no legal reason to end Affirmative Action in college admissions.
