Army Helicopter Collides with AA Plane Over DC

Trump and Vance tout motto of all gas, no brakes mere hours before midair collision over DC

On Wednesday evening, an American Airlines regional jet collided midair with a US Army Black Hawk helicopter near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. The jet carried 64 people; the helicopter had three soldiers on board. Both aircraft plunged into the Potomac River. Rescue teams have recovered 28 bodies from the icy waters.
